OFFSHORE PATHS

'recommend listening to 'storms' by fleetwood mac when viewing'

These photographs were taken in Eastbourne, the simplicity in the bleak window frame and curtains is what drew me in.
Please read the following to keep in mind when viewing these images.

Look out into the very vast ocean which not to have an ending.
But if you do look close, you can see the light at the end. The sunrise at the end of what appears to be colourless and cold. Even if currently it all appears dull, or you feel as if you are stuck inside only looking at the glimpses of a 'better'.

Step out of those cracked window sills through the dark rotton corners and focus on what you can see in front, even if that does seem a long way away. It's what is more important.

Imagine yourself with this window in front of you hearing the crashes of those waves, they keep coming. The sun appears behind those darkened clouds. warming everything, feel that warmth. The heat coming through those thin windows will fill the room up, thats what self love should feel like.

And if you fail to see whats coming, do not panic thats not what is important. Focus on whats happening in this moment, focus on self care and self love.
Take that time spent worrying on whats to come on caring of yourself, be selfish for once.
